When we talk about hereditary power, we only have to look at Estobar NRW. The former champion stallion and international Grand Prix successful winner of the stallion performance test in Adelheidsdorf has not been in the TOP 1 percent of FN riding horse makers for years for nothing. His offspring, who are now successful in Grand Prix, can be found in the results lists of major shows all over the world and it is not unusual for Estobar NRW to appear as the sire of instructors of talented young riders.
At the auction of Stephan Borgmann, the “Mecca” of Estobar genetics, the desirability of this bloodline became clear once again. The Grandseigneur of our stallion station appeared in the pedigree of several auction horses as dam’s sire or direct sire and aroused great desire among the bidders. As examples we would like to mention: Eveline by Estobar NRW x Insterburg, who changed hands for 110,000 Euros. One year older, namely already 5 years old, is the second most expensive auction horse Amore Mio, bred out of a daughter of Estobar NRW. The top-priced horse of the Stephan Borgmann Auction was About Me, full brother of the last Borgmann Auction top About You (hammer price 1.65 million), who was worth 1.35 million to a Danish buyer. Here, too, Estobar NRW is the dam’s sire!
Congratulations to the Stephan Borgmann breeding and auction site, which is also the birthplace of Estobar NRW, and of course to the buyers of these valuable hopefuls.
