Esquire by Escolar x Dimaggio comes from a prominent house: Espe and Ellis NRW are full siblings and all three are bred by Walter P.J. Droege. With Pia Wischerath in the saddle, the 5-year-old Escolar son could not be denied victory in his very first elementary class dressage test for young horses.
One year older is Escolino by Escolar x Vitalis. The 6-year-old full brother of the premium stallion of last year’s Westphalian licensing, bred by Leo Hermanns, won his first medium dressage test in Krefeld. In the saddle was the Austrian Christian Reisch, who has taken over the training of the Escolar son.
