ANKUM. Erst vor wenigen Wochen hatten der lackschwarze Hengst Goldberg und seine junge Reiterin Luisa Sophie Duen ihre gemeinsame Premiere auf S-Niveau vergoldet. Jetzt übertrumpfte das Paar diesen Erfolg direkt noch einmal: Auch in ihrem ersten gemeinsamen Prix St. Georges wurden die beiden mit dem Sieg belohnt.
The judges’ scoreboard showed 70.263 percent when Luisa Sophie Duen and Goldberg finished their performance at the Ankumer Dressurclub show. The pair thus secured victory in the final of the Prix St. Georges Tour. Just recently, the 18-year-old rider had celebrated victory in her first advanced (S) level dressage test in Goldberg’s saddle; now the duo went one better with their success at Prix St. Georges level.
Goldberg, a son of Amazing Star, has already sired over 50 registered show horses at the Gut Neuenhof stallion station, who have also celebrated success up to advanced level. Until recently, the stallion was presented by Duen’s mother Danica Duen and helped her to achieve the Golden Riding Badge. Now the stallion and Luisa Sophie Duen are already preparing for their next tasks together.
