In Ankum it was once again an Escolar offspring that led the lap of honour in an Intermediaire I competition: The 9-year-old Estella by Escolar – Florestan I, bred by Walter P.J. Droege, won with the breeder’s daughter Hedda Droege-Ottmann in the saddle with a sovereign score of 71.578 percent. Before that, the pair took third place in the advanced level dressage test with 70.675 percent.
Emilia Galotti by Escolar – Fidertanz and Florine Kienbaum also celebrated another success in the advanced class. The Rhineland mare bred by Roger Ballmann took a very good 4th place in the Prix St. Georges in Freckenhorst with 70.641 percent.
